Same v1 LoRA (steps=2000, rank=32), same v1 catalog prompts ("white tank + grey shorts", etc.), but 6 NEW seeds: 19023, 555, 999, 1234, 8888, 2718. 3 prompts × 6 seeds = 18 cells (3× the original v1 matrix).
If v5 Q1 ≥ 95% → v1 was unlucky with one bad seed → ship v1 hyperparams + ship a per-customer "regenerate-on-Q1-fail" loop. Fixture is acceptable.
If v5 Q1 ≈ 83% → 1-in-6 stranger rate is REAL → fixture is the bottleneck → v6 with 24-photo wider fixture is the next move.

Notes / gotchas
- Note the script logs "with bare-minimum prompts" — that's a leftover string from the v3/v4 template. The ACTUAL prompts used are v1's catalog prompts (verified by reading
inference_state.json). Cosmetic log bug, not a content bug. - 18 cells is 3× v1's matrix — the statistical signal on Q1 should be clean enough to settle the fluke-vs-fixture question definitively.
